While yes you CAN take it back, you know with in one or two uses a purse is too heavy.
We will agree to disagree on this.
I said above I used it 3-4 and then put it in my closet after realizing it was too heavy. I thought i would come back to it. I didn't. I bought the nylon version of the bag in November and use that one a lot.
If you would have taken it back then, no issue because that probably was within 90 days. And if you bought the nylon in November, why not return it then as an exchange?
Like I said, we can all agree to disagree. I wouldn't do it but if you want to that is fine. You don't need this board's permission to take it back. You asked our opinion, the majority said they wouldn't and some said yes. We won't know what you do.

The bag is a really easy bag to sell on ebay or the like. If you hadn't used it, it's one thing but you did. You can still recoup some of your losses. I have returned things to Nordstrom after a year or even two but they weren't used and still able to be sold as new.

Most likely at a discount since the item probably went on sale in that time.

Return the bag. You don't like it. They will take it back. It's not abusing anything. You are not a chronic returner, so don't feel bad. Even if you took it back after a couple times within 30 days or whatever others are saying is reasonable, they would still damage out the bag because they don't sell used product. Nordstrom is no worse off.
