We made it in one piece. 10 minutes in LAX made me miss the Aloha spirit of Hawaii but I'm pretty sure I made the right decision. My cats have already forgiven me for the plane ride/car ride so that's a start.

Coming back to SD is so bittersweet. I'm happy to be here and to show my son around but it feels weird getting ready to look for a place to live knowing that DH will be on his way elsewhere so soon. *-) It's like some sort of limbo.

Happy Friday, though.
