Owen. I liked grant too. Dh said now because he has a, "weird cousin Grant" :/ Dh is really into name meaning too so we will find one we like, the. The meanjng we don't like so he won't pick it. I liked Henry Clark, but Clark just means clerk. I like Henry Theodore but apparently it means gift of God or something and we are not religious at all. Maybe that will still work though.
Haha that reminds me of my H, so many names were shot down because someone "weird" had that name. Ethan? It means strong..
@lindy does he know you're considering Henry? I would use that if you really love it and tell him you liked it because it's something from his family since you want to John as the MN.
Yeah he knows. He says he likes it but he won't love anything other than Atticus and Adrian. Do I just go with like and move on? I would say I barely like either of those names he likes with our last name and Ada.
If he is basically giving you free reign to pick what you want, I would just choose what you want and move on because he's setting you up for failure. The 2 names he is adamant about using just don't go with Ada and you're not in love with them.
Omg lol my husband is crazy. We have been arguing boy names for like 2 months and come up with nothing. He just text me that Henry is it. I think he's sick of discussing names.

We've barely started talking names, but the ones on the list are Oliver, Declan, and Elliot right now. If we have a boy, the middle name will most likely be David, to honor the family that raised my brother and me after my mom passed. We are having a harder time with boy names this time around.
Those are three of my favorites! Oliver was my great grandfather (he passed when I was in college), and Elliott and Declan are just names I love. I can't get S on board with any of them.

Ohhh that may work. I'll mention it too! I'm kinda to the point of let's just pick a damn name because I want him to have a name. I'm not even being that picky anymore.

Omg! We are all going to have a Henry!! How weird is that? I hope it isn't that popular when they go to school too!

It is weird! I did look it up and nationally only .4% of boys have that name so that's what 1 in 200? It will be familiar but hopefully not 5 Henry's in one class, unless of course all the CO probies move into a commune.
