Mine used to be pretty close to on-time, but she's been routinely running ~30 mins behind for the last month or so. She never makes me feel rushed once she's with me, though, and I really love her.
I'm going to a practice at NW as well (maybe the same one!). They are usually pretty good, today was frustrating though. Took 45 mins before I saw anyone, which is annoying when I need to get to work. I'm also having a rough time lately though, so I think I'm grumpier than usual.
Random but I'm also delivering at NWH. Let me know if you either have any questions!
Depends. If my OB has been at the hospital for a delivery at any point during the day appointments can run up to an hour behind, and I have had one that bad. If I schedule first thing in the morning they are on time and later in the day usually about 20 min behind. I love that my OB will leave the office to deliver even if it means waiting for appointments, if it were me delivering I would want him there.

same at my office. I've waited in an exam room, cold and naked except for my socks and gown, for an hour because she was at the hospital at a delivery. I didn't mind because I would hope for the same when it's my turn. and that was years ago, way before I was TTC. I was just waiting for my annual exam.
Mine is usually 5-15 minutes behind. One appointment was more like 45 minutes, but it was a day that I had rescheduled due to a snow day when my appt was so they overbooked and were squeezing people in who couldn't make it.
I don't mind because my doctor is never rushed and always takes time to talk to me for as long as I want.
My MW has been on time for both of my appointments, but I've only had 2 prenatal appointments so far.
I had to wait like 20 minutes for my first u/s and almost an hour to meet with the genetic counsellor for the first tri screen even though I allegedly had the first appointment of the day.
FWIW my old GYN never kept me waiting for more than about 10 min either.

That genetic counselor is a particular challenge, ebeth.
Fwiw, there are sometimes urgent situations that she has to attend to; having been on that end of it, I very much appreciated that she was readily available to explain our options at an overwhelming and difficult time.
I'm 30 mins past my appointment time and still in the waiting room. I'm so annoyed today. Especially since she barely ever spends more than 5 mins with me. So I'm wasting 2 hours of my day with driving every 2 weeks so they can weigh me.
And so they can take BP. Mine tanked suddenly and became a serious issue, so that's a good use of time too.
Mine runs late in the mornings because he's sometimes late coming back from rounds. Normally not too bad though.

I actually liked her just fine when we finally saw her and didn't have any issues with f/u from her either. I was actually thinking about posting something on DCUM in her defense.
Though I was definitely talking myself out of a (partially) pregnancy induced rage spiral by telling myself that I was a low risk mom there for a first tri screen and she was probably dealing with some much heavier shit while we were sitting there.
