We were married in Florence with eighteen friends and family members traveling with us. It was fantastic. And more MM than having a big ceremony/reception in the DC area.

We got married in the Grange where I did theater as a child, by one of my former theater directors. We wrote the ceremony and vows ourselves, so everything in it was very meaningful to us. Most importantly, it made us feel married. As a rite of passage, it could not have been any more perfect.
I assume it was pretty MM, but my parents were paying, so I don't really know.
There are a lot of little details (mostly to do with the reception) that I might change about our wedding, but at this point I'm able to laugh about most it so it's hard to complain.
Temple of Music at Roger Williams Park in Providence, RI. Very MM- site rental 150 bucks for a few hours, judge I recall being around 150. Ceremony was only 20 minutes.
Our wedding ceremony was pretty MM. We got married at the church that I grew up in. The ceremony itself was free, and we were married on a holy day of obligation, so the church was going to have big flower displays anyway. We split the cost of the flowers with the church and got to choose the arrangements that we liked! It worked out really well!!!
We spent the majority of our budget on food and the reception site! It was definitely worth it!
We got married in the same church as DH's paternal grandparents and his parents. We are members of the church so both of our boys were also baptized there.
Our wedding was very MM overall. The only things I would have changed was my flowers as MIL left the stems too long.
The thing out of our control that I wish we could of changed was my aunt's asshole ex-husband having a heart attack during our reception and my mom missing 90% of our reception.
Not my wedding, because I'm at work and don't have the pictures, but this is our venue. Ours looked before decor-wise, because I liked what we did with the fireplace and the area more. We had greenery and flowers as well.
