Advice: Don't feel guilty about eating in between meals. I've seen several people say things like "I know I'm not supposed to snack..." and I don't think you should have feelings about eating between meals. If you're hungry, you need to eat.

Day 10. No advice, really, but I would stress the importance of not weighing yourself. It was super hard for me to stick with, but it kept me from being disappointed with the number or having unrealistic expectations and then giving up.
