Question for you all. Do you bring water with you when you run? I find that lugging a water bottle around throws off my stride but I NEED water. I think I'd feel dopey in a CamelBak but maybe I just need to get over it?
I try to plan my routes so that I hit a water fountain about every 5 miles or so because I HATE carrying shit when I run. But when I was training or during the summer when it was really hot I would run with a water belt and that wasnt so bad.
And you shouldn't care what it looks like! I think when people see someone running with all their gear they're usually not thinking "what a doofus" they're thinking "look how crazy badass that person is!"
I am not going to make it. I am at 155 miles and my goal was 170. I will be super close but yeah... not close enough. Bummer but still.... kicking ass.
155 miles in a month is a victory no matter how you slice it.

tumbled Don't be afraid to try different belts and options. I tried a Nathan belt and made it 3 miles before I tossed it at my h as he drove by. It made me crazy, it was so annoying. I have no issues with my camelbak though (I wear a kids' one).
