My nose is like an open faucet right now so working out tonight is going to suck. I can't do the bench sadly. My shoulder is still not 100%. My last 1RM for bench was 135 and I would like to see it go up but I don't know when I'll be able to get back to it.

I'm pretty much planning my whole week around Thursday. My back is feeling good and I'm just pregnant enough (I'm about 23 weeks) that my belly is there but not totally messing me up yet... and Thursday is my dream.
"The Other Total"
1 RM CLean 1 RM Bench Press 1RM Overhead Squat
Aka, my three favorite lifts. So if I don't PR again for my entire pregnancy, I won't care as long as I can kick ass on Thursday.
I have no clue! I was wondering that too. I will fill you in after I do whatever they are.
My thought was handstand shoulder touches, but then I feel like they should include the word "handstand".
2 rounds 400 m run 21 kb swing (16 kg) 15 air squats 12 push ups ---- 7 min EMOM 10 squat cleans (26.5 kg)
I was totally out of energy and out of breath today for no apparent reason, which is always frustrating, but I just have to remember that my body is not a machine and therefore has its random moments that don't necessarily make sense to me.
I a assuming the shoulder touches were handstand shoulder touches but I didn't go last night. I likely won't go today either. It's max week so I'm missing that.
Granted, I'm having the ovulation feels, but the wall balls totes didn't help.
One of the ladies at my box is a crier. I am not. Why do you cry? I am not much of a crier anyway but if I can't do something or I'm frustrated I cuss. My first reaction would be to say F*cken sh*t" or something. I'm a cusser.

I'm not a crier all the time, just occasionally and it usually coincides with wall balls and ovulation lol. I don't know, I just get all emotional and can't turn off the water
Today was all the EMOMs, 5 min of each with 1-2 min rest between them: - 25 push ups - 15 ttb/20 kte: I did kte because my hand is still healing from Fran) - 45 sec. handstand hold - 15 burpees: umm, this was just 5 min of burpees for me because I am the slowest burpee-er ever (I blame my height, I have to go farther!)
Then for my extra stuff I did front squats & 60 cm box jumps followed by power snatches & 60 cm box jumps. PRed my front squat by 3 kg after the actual assigned work just for fun because they were feeling light, so presumably on fresh legs there's even more there. <)
Monday 4/20: Weird snatch complex of an 8min EMOM 1 full squat snatch+ OH squat with a 3 position controlled set down It was at 75% 1RM +5lbs (65# for me)
21-15-9 KB STOH 26#, box jumps 20", followed by 250m row after each round It was aupposed to be 50 DU instead of row, but my calves are cranky Finished in 8:17
Tuesday: Strength: 3 back squats 8min EMOM at 75% 1RM + 5# (120 for me)
Unfortunately my legs were angry after my 3 mile trail run this morning so I didn't do the WOD ?. It was 3RFT: 400m run 21 KB swings (35#) 15 burpees
I almost did it with a row instead of run, but I was cramping basically from the waist down after the squats. Ugh.

WOD 1: Tabata WBs - 7 kg
WOD 2: 4 RFT, 15 min time cap 15 OHS to a medicine ball - 25 kg 400 m run So, modified Nancy. And I only managed 3 rounds in the time cap, oops. The OHS were heavy for me, and I have a burn on my ankle that hurts if I run faster.
Then I did MU transitions, swinging on the rings, kipping ring pull ups, and ring dips.

Today was fun and different.
Tabata mash up of front leaning rest (plank, basically) but on rings, and sit ups. THat was suprisingly hard due to the baby bump. I did like 6 sit ups every 20 seconds. Oops.
The deadlift, sets of 5 with a super slow tempo. Got up to 275 but the grip was killer. Explode up, 4 second hold at the top, 4 second descent and then 1 second pause at the bottom. I had to peel my hands off the bar after.
WOD was:
3 RFT: 5 rope climbs 21 ring dips 50 air squats
HOLY RING DIPS BATMAN. I subbed strict pull ups for rope climbs since those are a little better for pregnant me (and I need the work). The ring dip volume was ridiculous.

Today was Fran. Since I'm still not squatting I subbed push press for thrusters.
Annoyed cuz I don't have an answer about my knee other than patellar tendinitis. And the Ortho guy told me - "cut back don't crossfit so much" and that was it. No other options. My chiro started working on my quads yesterday and trigger points. That is helping a lot at least.

Strength was backsquats 5x7 at 75% + 30lbs (175 lbs)
WOD: 4 RFT 600 meter run 25 pull ups
I KILLED it! Pull ups have been a thorn in my side for forever! I've only been consistently doing them without a band for about 2 months. Even last week when we did Fran I didn't feel confident, but today it just felt right. My hands are ripped to shreds, but I did it! My time wasn't spectacular (25:17) but I don't care!
