I do weight training 3 days a week and a minimum of 45 minutes cardio 2 days a week. Or vice versa. The weight training is all my trainer -1 hour a week with her and homework for the other. In addition to good old fashioned MFP calorie counter ( which my trainer reads! Key!).
I had NO motivation but a person I am paying to keep me accountable really helps. In addition to some health problems my mother has been having. Nothing like realizing I am closer to 40 than 30 to start taking genetics, seriously.

You're hard work is paying off! I'm horrible at being motivated and consistent with working out, I just need any easy button, even if exercising is hard I'll take the easy motivation button please.
I have no idea! I guess it's ...um... for fun? Personal growth? To feel like I'm not old? (I'm 40.)
Is a part of an exercise routine or did/are you doing some sort of gymnastics/dance or really just because. Do you always use/practice with the same basing person? Sorry for all the questions, I used to be in gymnastics and am working on my base handstands right now as a sort of fun exercise.
We had spent the day hiking and doing learning crafts/experiences at a Brownie badge-earning event. After we finished and were walking back, the girls (this is half our Brownie troop plus Kiddo, who is a Junior Girl Scout) all started walking together from the slough to the field where we were parked. One of the girls was behind the rest so they all stopped, gathered her up, and started walking shoulder to shoulder as a group, chattering and laughing.
