It hasn't been a good weekend on the mom front. Friday she went rummage sale shopping and picked up a box full o' stuff and a microwave. Saturday she bagged out of a family birthday party at the ILs. So, that's a fun contrast in quality of life. Tonight after being more or less out of commission for the whole weekend, now that I finally don't have housework to do or a toddler to watch, mom wants to watch Sharpe.
Msniq and I talked. Okay, I vented and she listened. We need to declutter anyway so that will be an excuse to institute a one in one out policy.
Sharpe was narrowly averted but I sort of made msniq take the heat for it. Partial husband fail.
Brie V has a second cousin who was just born named C. We ran out of pictures of him so I showed him pictures of "big C" (yours). V says he's happy and funny.

I am bitter. I put the baby down to pump and got 14 mL in 22 minutes. What a waste. I am frustrated that his pedi told me to keep on pumping because "any breast milk is great!" I am wondering if she thought I meant I produce 2.5 ounces per SESSION, when I meant per DAY. Ugh.
Hugs. It is hard. I had huge supply issues and was trying to pump as well. I finally realized my sanity was worth way more then trying to eeek out a couple oz a day. We went to formula 100% and M has been fine. If you want to keep pumping please do but if you are doing it because you think you have too then it is OK to stop.
