Walked a 5k with my family today. Over 5,000 people came. It was to raise money for a scholarship fund named after a local teacher who was murdered by one of her students.
This was the second annual race/walk and it was incredible.
Fri: OFF Sat: DH and I walked around the city all day. I would estimate we put in 6-8 miles Sun: Biked to breakfast and back, with some joyriding thrown in, around 7 miles. 10 mile run (first double digit run with Boston!)

Fri - rode to Masters, rode home. Then decided last minute to do a 2.5 hour yoga workshop Sat - 3 hours of yardwork Sun - 2.5 mile track workout with sprint intervals
Saturday-12.25 mile run and it went awesome! I have had so many bad runs lately I am praying it wasn't a fluke, 3 weeks till my half. Sunday-spin class and weights
