Another pee, and about 3 seconds after sitting in the potty. I think he's doing it on command to get the reward (a YouTube video). We need some stickers for daycare since I doubt they will keep up with the videos.
This is a good question...whether I need to discuss rewards with daycare or just let that be How we phase them out...

DS did very well today I think. It was day 1 and he never showed any interest in potty here previously except all week when I have told him he would have no more diaper he said ok. Then when I tried to give him no diaper this morning, he was a bit upset but moved on.
He had like 5 accidents all day and the rest he was on potty, just didn't always the penis totally in. 2 of the accidents were right before I convinced him to nap and he was overtired, I think. He napped with no pee. This morning he was peeing like every 15 minutes. He also pooped on the potty and we didn't know until he got up . He was sitting a while when we were outside and I noticed it was wet under the potty so he got up and there was poop. I think a bit of pee also had gone down the side and under because penis wasn't fully in. He doesn't really have a poop face/stance. He did grab his penis a lot and that's when we knew he had to go.
Today we did tshirt, socks and shoes, no undies. Tomorrow, I think I am gonna add undies since I know he grabs his penis when he needs to pee. We are doing a diaper for bed time still.

We finished the day pretty strong. Overall, I think our count was 6 or 7 potty, 1 accident. No poop, but that's not uncommon.
We are venturing out tomorrow - just to swim class. I found a use today for some of her smaller, last summer dresses that still kind of fit - spare outfits.
It's going to be weird to have to start carrying around "stuff" again.
DS did very well today. We put him in underwear and praised him for staying dry. He peed 80 zillion times to get his m&m rewards. Literally we were in the bathroom every 10 minutes all day long. It was exhausting.
We had 5 accidents, mostly when I put pants on him to play in the sandbox. That was a mistake, there was too much fabric and he couldn't feel he was wet. So we went back to underwear and the accidents stopped.
Oh he also stalled bedtime BIG TIME by asking to go potty, in spite of being in an overnight pullup. We had explained several times about the nighttime pull-up, that we did not expect him to hold it all night long. After the fourth post-bedtime request for potty we told him that was the last time. He finally went to sleep an hour late.

Had a very full diaper when we got her this morning. Sat on the potty before we left for swim, no pee. Stayed dry until we got here, sat again at the y (first big potty), didn't go.

We are still having tons of peeing in undies. She will stop mid stream and finish in the potty, so that's good. I have a different potty set up in each bathroom, so she will be used to different things when we go out in public. We have a birthday party this afternoon, but I'm thinking about maybe leaving her at home and just taking the baby.

So...if your child goes to daycare what are you planning to do on Tuesday if there are still accidents? Back to Pull-Ups/diapers? I don't think daycare would be thrilled with us sending him in underwear if he isn't 90% there already - but I also haven't discussed it with them.

Undies 100%. If there are lots of accidents we may do training pants if there's pushback from DCP but she's good at holding so I think we will be ok.
6 hours into Day 2 and so far only 1 accident! He's not peeing every 5 minutes anymore either, he's holding it for 15ish minutes or so. He seems annoyed that we keep asking him if he needs to pee. He's like :sigh: "no I don't need to pee!" I'm trying to let him be in control, he is dry after all.

I feel like we are regressing. We did undies this morning unlike yesterday where we did naked and he peed in several pairs and didn't play with his penis first like yesterday so it was hard to see it was about to happen. He did poop in potty again today and after 4 pairs of undies we went undie-less again to stop the regression but then he had 2 accidents that were totally avoidable, so I dunno. I have tried food reward today and he wants it but doesn't grasp that he doesn't just get it without peeing. Ugh!
3.5 hours and nothing. He refuses water and sitting on the potty. Ugh. Us being locked in the house is making me crazy. I'm leaving in a bit and DH can deal with it.
ETA: He wanted to watch a video and I said he had to go pee on the potty. He walked over, sat down, started peeing quickly and told me he was peeing. Sure enough, he was! The kid is doing this shit on purpose. Ugh. The next 1.75 days are going to be rough.

He was running around and then told us he needed to poop so we took him and he went! He peed a little at the same time. Then not 2 mins later he told us he had to pee and we took him again where he went. I feel like he's understanding. I still worry that when we put underwear on he won't get that it is different than a diaper.

So we were out for 2.5 hours and no pee - no accidents or in the potty (she sat four times). Of course, for 30 minutes she was in the pool, so she probably went then
Tried to poop twice before nap, but no dice. She did pee once on the potty before the nap, though.
I'm nervous because we have be doing no underwear/pants. I'm worried when we add underwear he will think of it as a diaper.
I'd add it now, then. The sooner you address it, the better. Just keep reminding him to keep them dry. I've been asking "are your undies dry?" and then praising like crazy when she says yes.
What are you doing when your kid has an accident? My 2.5 year old was doing pretty good using potty at daycare but not that she is home she is peeing in her undies almost once a day.

I pick her up and sit her on the potty. Tell her it's ok, remind her to tell me if she needs to go.

This is what I've been doing too. We've been in undies all weekend though. I ask him if he's dry, and praise like crazy if he is.

Another m&m motivated pee in the potty! I went, asked her if she needed to go and she said no. Then I went to get my m&m and she changed her tune. No accidents so far today!
