BF has decided not to drink during the week or eat fast food. He has lost 10 lbs.
I have been getting 10,000+ steps a day, watching what I eat, and doing yoga. I have lost 1.
He is being so supportive ("you look great!" "you are doing so well!"), but is also now trying to give me advice on weight loss. ALLOW ME TO MURDER YOU, BF.
I hate my h when he's like "ugh, I need to lose this muffin top", and it's just the teeniest bit of chub above his boxers. We're talking almost non existent. Asshole, you want to see a muffin top? Mine is pretty much past the muffin top stage. It's a bagel.
My husband is the same way. I've been struggling with these last 10 pounds for A YEAR (lose 5, gain 6, lose 2, gain 1 blah blah). He did a diet challenge at his office "just for fun" and lost 15 pounds in 3 months. And he just stopped baking. ALL HE DID WAS CEASE TO EAT BAKED GOODS HE MADE HIMSELF. Ass.

It's awful! I so feel your pain. My husband and I weigh the same amount, which is depressing enough, but he once lost about 10 pounds when I bet him he couldn't give up beer for a week. I ran 12 miles a week for months and dieted to keep off the same amount of weight which returned within minutes of me stopping that routine.

OMG rage.
My H doesn't even need to lose weight and if he goes hiking with me regularly, all of a sudden his pants are too big and he needs new ones. I get.....sore calves. NOT FAIR.

Last year DH and the guys he works with did a "Biggest Loser" challenge. DH started eating salads every day for lunch; in fact, he started eating 1/2 salads. Yes, he lost weight, but since salads have, like, no nutrition except for the 6 almonds that were included in the kit, he was hungry, tired, and grumpy when I picked him up from work. I finally told him that he NEEDS to get some protein in his diet, or I was going to kill him.
