The next 'big' trip already planned is Hawaii (Oahu, BI, and Maui) for two weeks in the spring. I definitely want to do Peru (including MP) for my 30th birthday, that has been a dream of mine for years. Beyond that, my trip priority list constantly evolves. Right now I'm interested in Argentina (BA and wine country) and Japan, and I really want to do a CA coast road trip. My husband wants to visit Ireland and Scotland. I'd like to do some hiking in the different national parks around the US.

To visit as many new countries as possible. I would love to work or live internationally, but my career is not very conducive to that. My lifetime musts include a safari and a trip back to Paris with my husband.

What's in your 5 year travel plan? Africa is our next big trip (hopefully Tanzania, Sth Africa, Zambia, Botswana, maybe Namibia, and the big trip after that i am hoping is the Middle East (at the least Turkey). I would love to go to palau and locally Kangaroo island and the Torres Strait Islands. We'll see.

What's in your lifetime travel plan? My big one was Rapa Nui/Easter Island which we did earlier this year. Now it's just to see as much as I can.

What's in your lifetime travel plan? we want to see China, more of Europe, and Australia. Would love to do Africa as well, but China and Europe are more at the top of my list.

There will probably be more Caribbean beach vacays mixed in there, and we're also hoping to finally go to Napa and do the wine tours and see San Fran.

What's in your lifetime travel plan? Oh man, we'd love to see as much as we can. South America, South Africa, Egypt, Dubai, as much of Europe as possible, make it back out to French Polynesia, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, India, Iceland, Alaska, Hawaii, and conquer the rest of the 14 or so U.S. states I haven't been to yet.

No way to know all the places we're going to go in the next 5 years since we don't plan that far out, but our trips lined up for remainder of 2012 include: 2 long weekends in London for best friend's hen party/shower and then wedding; long weekend in Ireland for friend's wedding; Minneapolis for yet another friend's wedding; Cartagena for friend's birthday celebration; and gorilla trek in Rwanda with a few days in Qatar.

There are only a few places I can think of I have absolutely no interest in visiting and those are because I fundamentally oppose the governments or foreign/domestic policy in those places. I love travel and would like to see as much as possible.

5-year travel plan: I plan to move to Rio de Janeiro in the next year or two, so a lot more travel in South America.

Lifetime travel plans: The top of my travel bucket list is to see a lava lake (Mt Nyriagongo in the Dem. Rep. of the Congo) and to see a narwhal (Eastern Greenland or Svalbard). On my more practical travel idea list are Egypt & Jordan, Greenland, Dubai, the trans-Siberian rail trip, and a return trip to Antarctica.
