I bought some retro shorts for the boys at American Apparel last weekend that I know are going to be tiny and super short. The size 2 look so so so small, but I guess are the right size?
I'm going to send them to soccer in them.
Maybe I'll wear my plaid bell bottoms or a retro tunic as a dress today.
I have a red pair for Henry and navy pair for Jack.

Every small, insignificant thing happening to A this morning is the end of the world, and it's a huge meltdown with the works. Serenity NOW, it's only 9am!
I just found a bracelet that I thought had been lost for almost a year. It was my first Christmas gift from H and I was so bummed when it went missing. It was in the bottom of my work bag under a bunch if old papers. Guess I need to clean that out more often.
I don't understand why Wawa doesn't have iced decaf. I'm forced to make it myself which ends up really watery with all of the ice and hot coffee. Why is this too much to ask, Wawa?!?!
This a common problem at a lot of coffee places. I can only drink decaf. Your best bet is to order a decaf iced Americano. Starbucks doesn't even carry decaf iced coffee.
lauranicole91 that's cute! Now run out and but backup bunny! unclejesse I wish I had a good retort for this clod! teamhayes Good luck with the party!
Haha, yes!! DH is now officially convinced he needs to buy a back up. The original came from his work, so his mission today is to buy another one! Haha.

Dh has both strollers in his car, ughhh. I needed to go to apple to have our ipad looked at. I know I could just wear her but schlepping around the mall for what could be hours wearing her would be such a pain.
I am working hard trying to get my online class prepped before the baby comes. I made a ton of progress yesterday. Then sat is my last dinner theater show, Sunday we have a goodbye party for Ian's grandma (moving out of state), which is sad bc she is in her 90s and we likely won't be traveling there unless there's an emergency nor will she be able to come back to visit. I feel like it could be the last time we see her. Then Tuesday is an all day department meeting. After that I have no more actual obligations and this baby can feel free to arrive.

Wawa doesn't have Americanos. Boo. It's more like a convenience store, not like a Starby's. Their coffee is delicious, but they are forcing me to go to DD more and more. At least DD is on board the iced decaf train!

Ooohhh. It sucks so bad, even like the coffee concentrates they sell in stores are all caffienated. DD is the only reliable place to get decaf iced. But I always have to check with them because they forget to make it decaf.
Today should be interesting. Due to finances, I had to let the cleaning lady go. Boo. Today is the day I clean the whole house myself with A probably undoing my work. Ahh! Maybe I can convince her to do something non messy for a little bit.
I can't wait for the end of school! It means no more daycare for 3 months. My life gets so much easier and I don't have to worry about the kids getting sick as much. 7 more days.
We're having a retirement party for my dad on Sunday and I was envisioning having to clean all day Saturday to get ready. My MIL just sent me the phone number of one of the housekeeping ladies from her work (hospital) who cleans houses on the side and is willing to come over to our house on Saturday, and has opening for every other week cleaning too.
My H said if she does a good job, we can hire her for every other week. I am far too excited about that possibility.
I have no motivation for anything today. I should take B outside to play since it's nice and we haven't been out all week. I think our neighborhood is having garage sales today, so we might take a walk. I'm just really tired today so the thought of getting up and doing anything is daunting. I know I'll feel better if I do though.
W is 7 weeks today. I cannot imagine having to be back at work already. I would only be getting about 3 hours of sleep if I had to go to work. I'm not sure I would even be able to function and my students definitely wouldn't be getting my best, which isn't fair to them. I'm lucky that as a teacher the timing was right and I don't have to go back until August. So much credit to anyone who had to go back at 6 or 8 weeks. I don't know how you did it.
Eta: mil just called and asked if B could come for the day. Score.
My morning was ridiculous . First Luke peed through his pjs and swaddle and all over me and my sheets. He was still asleep after nursing. Of course H was in the shower taking his nice daily shower alone (I'm not jealous or anything). So I had to change him and myself and my sheet. Then I finally got him back to sleep and lil was still sleeping and my freaking neighbors tree removal people started cutting down three trees, it was SO loud! Who does that at 7am!? Of course it woke up Lil and scared her. The best part is of someone did that to my neighbor and her kids she'd be so mad and complain so much.
I think we might go buy annuals later at the garden center. I want some herbs and tomatoes too. Yesterday I bought the prettiest variegated sun-patients. We always have slugs so my choices are limited unless I want them to be munched to shreds.
ktstorm a house cleaner is basically my life goal at this point! I hope she does a great job!
I have been begging my H for nearly a year now and had it on my list as a gift for Christmas, birthday, and Mother's Day. I think he finally realized I was serious!
