@cookiemonster03 - I know. Tons of betas. Two, two days apart, right after bfp and weekly ever since for the RE. my OB also required two betas.
ginkgoleaf - I'm obsessed with all things beta numbers right now (blame my RE that makes me do a million draws!) I know it totally varies from person to person... But would you mind sharing yours with dpo? How exciting x2!

Update: 30dpo my hcg was 28,484. A little under the median beta (via betabase) for reported twin pregnancies. This is the first time I've been under than median the entire pregnancy. A median is just a median, and I'm working to keep my expectations in check. I'm just happy to be pregnant.
In other news, I wish my RE would have stopped draws at 5 weeks. They've reached the point where they're not supposed to be doubling anymore, And I knew that... But it's giving me major anxiety. They've had a "healthy jump" (quadruple) in 7 days, but my mind gets away from me.
Great appointment this morning - we have TWO heartbeats! Omg we are so excited. Baby A is measuring exactly on schedule at 7w1d with heartbeat of 154, baby B is measuring 6w6d with heartbeat of 141. Spotting over the weekend was from a subchorionic hematoma by Baby A, but she said it's not huge and should be ok.

8w3d here! I told my boss today; I think he about fell out of his chair when I told him it was twins! (I wanted to wait and tell him in person, but he's getting ready to leave on a multi-week trip and I don't know how much longer I'll be able disguise my belly at work! It's not super huge, but if you are looking it is totally there.)
I can't wait for my next appointment! I want to see them again and make sure they're okay!
My nausea has gotten worse; I still haven't thrown up, but I've had a couple close calls.
ginkgoleaf, welcome to the twin club! It's crazy that we've had such a high success rate AND multiples rate recently; I can only think of two other sets of twins in my time on the board!
Trying for #3; FET 8/18 -- BFN. Leaving things up to chance for now... After three years, three IVFs, and two FETs, we finally have our miracle babIES!

I never threw up when pg with my twins but I felt awful for a few weeks. It helps to eat small things often. I kept saltines at my desk and sipped water all day. Even when I was in my 3rd tri I didn't have much stomach room but was always hungry so ate little meals all day. I remember at work I had cucumbers and dorothy lynch every day at 10 am.
Good luck tomorrow @cookiemonster03. I'm sorry you're feeling some anxiety. FWIW, you're levels are on the higher end of the range that I've seen to be considered normal for the first trimester.
I'm 8 weeks today, and I'm wearing maternity pants I gave into a J Crew sale last week, and I'm so over zippers and buttons. They are waist high and have side panels so they aren't noticeable as maternity. It's a massive relief. I cannot even describe how much better they feel. My bloat is out of control.
I haven't taken a single vacation day this year, so I decided to take off Wednesday-Friday this week. I am stupid excited for some time off. I'm going to the pool with my sister and nephews tomorrow and cannot wait! Otherwise, I'm taking it easy. I foresee a lot of midday naps.
I'm booking a vacation to the Caribbean tonight for the end of August! I've never been and am so, so excited! Our vacations usually involve crazy schedules and running from thing to thing. This will be awesome. We're also going to Chicago in October since my husband is running the Chicago marathon. Then maybe we'll do another long weekend somewhere in November or December? I love planning vacations.

@cookiemonster03, I'm sure everything is fine if the doctor wasn't concerned, but I know how easy it is to get anxious when things aren't perfect.
ivy, I'm 7w4d and surprised that my belly is already growing. I don't know if it's because my uterus is getting bigger or if something about my hormones is making me hold onto fat more easily. I'm trying not to be vain about it (even though I'm spending next week on the beach).
My ultrasound went well! Measuring perfectly at 10w3d. I graduated from the RE today! I cried, is that weird? Lol I made it farther then my last 2 pregnancies and it feels great!
Rationally I know I'm being crazy. But then I'm like "if CCS is 98% accurate, and about 1/3 of embryos aren't normal, then there's a 0.6% chance of a bad one having implanted and that would TOTALLY HAPPEN TO ME BECAUSE WE CAN'T HAVE GOOD ODDS". Then I lose myself in the internet rabbit hole. Sigh.
@cookiemonster03 I'm sure they'd call if they needed you on PIO. I bet everything is okay I think I started wearing maternity around 6 weeks! The bloat was insane. I had one day of a back to almost normal belly then popped again. My RE said my ovaries were back to normal, so I guess it's baby now? I went to barre today and I'm so sad. I've lost so much fitness. I hope some is the 11 week IVF break and I can improve some still.
ivy, I was in maternity trousers from 8w with V. I'm *thisclose* to getting them out of storage for this one and I'm only 7w2d.
Does anyone know anything about heart rates? The doc said yesterday that 133 was good, and it just had to be over 110, but I've noticed everyone else's rates seem to be higher at 7w. Is it just one of those things where 'early development fluctuates loads'? I never had a 7w scan with V, so I have nothing to compare.

To join in the pants discussion, I had to go out to a manufacturing shop floor this morning, so had to wear pants. I've been wearing skirts and dresses exclusively because they are more forgiving (just move the waist higher on my belly!), except for my Friday/weekend jeggings. I kept them fastened while I was moving around out there, but they're so uncomfortable I unfastened them once I got back to my desk.
I felt pretty good yesterday until my nausea hit hard around dinner time. I feel pretty crappy today, too, and I have a meeting at church this evening. Blah!

This is what I always do after the holidays or big vacations.
I gain all my weight in my belly, so I've looked pregnant plenty of times. This is the obviously first time I've looked pregnant that I've actually been pregnant.
