What lifestyle changes did you make specifically? I would love results like yours!
I'm glad you said lifestyle and not just diet because that is what it has been. I cut out soda (I was drinking up to 4 a day), did portion control, tried to make healthier eating choices (yes, I still eat donuts or fried chicken but limit the amount), and then I started running again. I also started doing workout videos at home for my upper body. Recently I've begun lifting at the gym heavier weights and running less. Now I lift 4 days a week and run 2. I also allow my body to rest and recover. I've taken an entire week off before if I felt that I needed to give myself a break from exercise; however, I still watched what I ate.
