Noah has strep, 102 fever and is vomiting. I am praying that we can get through this without getting it myself. he is currently taking his third nap of the day, he doesn't nap at all anymore usually.
I know I'm in BEC territory but my MIL complained multiple times this weekend about how we didn't have the exact food items she wanted to eat for lunch. She even had to bring it up to other people.
I'm so sorry my 35 week pregnant self; with a toddler and a husband out of town, didn't have a fully stocked kitchen. I didn't have the time or energy to do a big shopping trip when I knew we'd only eat one lunch at our house.
I can only imagine how pissed she would be if we ever mentioned she didn't have the types of food we wanted to eat at her house.
I finally have a RnP! We never used one with Ada but with a larger house I wanted another baby holding device. Ada has already tested it out with her baby and approves.
A assigned us all characters from Charlie Brown today. He is Charlie Brown, L is Lucy, MIL is peppermint patty, I'm Sally, Colonel Mustard is Snoopy, and H is...Pig Pen!
Had you seen there's going to be a new Charlie Brown movie?
No, but I guess we'll have to watch it. The boy is obsessed. He even likes to pretend to be Charlie Brown kicking the football.

laurack, I think it's been about a week for me and I'm SUUUCCH a bitch. I don't know how much of it is weaning and how much is me blaming my crappy mood on weaning and making it worse.
I'm glad you are doing well and he's handling it ok!

Oh, I am so sorry @tambcat . It is so heartbreaking to lose a pet. If it helps to share pictures or stories about her with us, please do. We are here for you. So sad

I think that's beyond BEC, that's just rude! Not everyone eats the same foods, was she excepting you to do a special grocery trip and only buy what she likes?

I had my anatomy scan and everything looks great with baby boy! I can't believe that there's an actual baby in there and that I'm half done. How's that possible?!?!

Whoa! That went fast! For me lol.
That makes two of us! In some ways I've been preparing all along by buying baby gear and stuff. I guess I just haven't focused on the fact that an actual baby is going to be here.
betsyray - wow. I can't believe how insensitive your friend is being. I would probably be honest with her. You could say something like, "things are very raw for me right now. If you get a BFP I will be very happy for you but right now I feel like I need a break from talking about TTC, testing, etc" She should be helping YOU right now. This pisses me off.
This morning I went for a stroller run with Madison. The plan was 6 miles but she had to pee so I had to cut it short at just under 4.5 miles. Then we went to a park with a splash pad with a friend and she ran around for 1.5 hours. She is still napping nearly 3 hours later.
Apparently today is the day of triple nap. DH came up from working out and has been napping for quite a while. Madison napped 3 hours and Andrew is at 2 hours.
I also had my anatomy scan today and everything looks good!
Also, their scale said I gained 7 lbs this month but mine says 3. The doc was sort of finger waggy about it, but it was the middle of the day and I had just eaten lunch! I'm feeling bummed. (Not too bummed since I'm eating a big cup of frozen yogurt). But why does there have to be so much emphasis on weight? I've only gained 7 lbs this whole pregnancy (according to my scale)!
