You won't like this, but it ramped up around 10 weeks, then eventually faded. I think it was more less gone by 14 weeks. At that point, I had no nausea, but would randomly puke about once a week or so. I felt fine, though.
Ugh, I think this time will be worse for me. With V, I went to work one day around 10 weeks and discovered I had my life back. I was still sick most mornings until 16 weeks, but only in the mornings I can handle. I'm only 10w1d so maybe it will fade soon, but I have a bad feeling that I'm going to be stuck feeling sick for another few weeks. I'm worried about what all the retching will do when I'm supposed to be taking it easy following my CVS.Â
Your anxiety could be playing a role here too. Have you tried to mind over matter it?
As for the CVS, all you can do is tell your doc what is going on. Don't worry about the retching until you get there. You're going to be ok.

You're right about the anxiety... I've wondered about that myself. I've tried telling myself 'You're not feeling sick, you're just hungry'. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. On the plus side, I have an appointment for shiatsu massage and acupuncture today, and at the very least it usually works to take my mind off things for a bit.

That sounds amazing. I hope you are treating yourself to something on a weekly basis.
When did it go away for you? I'm clinging on to hope that mine will be gone soon.

Gah I did this too! I was more nauseous during first tri but only threw up once (not counting the 24 hour bug I caught because that wasn't morning sickness!). Once I hit second tri the nausea disappeared, but I would randomly throw up once a week or so. I have done that since 21 weeks so I'm hoping that's in the past now? Ha
I think I started feeling pregnant around 6-7 weeks? Around there is when I lost my appetite (and didn't get it back until sometime after week 13) and the nausea began. I'm with Muddled though, I found the nausea comforting and would get worried when it wasn't there some days. But mine was mild, I may have felt differently had it been more severe.
My nausea has been on and off. I haven't puked, but it definitely ramps up when I'm hungry. Certain smells are really tough to take. DH was eating yogurt this morning and I almost lost it.

I ruined yogurt for myself after throwing up partway through one. It makes me sad it doesn't sound good yet, because I do like it normally.

This is me with eggs. I haven't had eggs since before I got pregnant. I'm kinda sad about it.

Definitely eggs for me, plus coffee and any strong smell. I've been eating a lot of salads because I can't bring myself to cook anything. H is making pancakes tonight for dinner though, so hopefully those will go down okay.
I still don't feel pregnant (14w). I did feel more pregnant earlier on with lots of nausea, constipation, belly bloat, etc. Other than my constantly numb leg I have no physical signs of pregnancy and I hate it, it makes me so anxious. My belly has been around the same size since week 8. Much less nausea. No movement yet. I can't even look at baby stuff any more because it makes me so nervous. Looking forward to my next appt on July 17!
I looked back through some stuff from when I was pregnant with DD and it looks like weeks 6-10 were the worst for me. So I have time before I can start worrying and it sounds like that's when you all weren't feeling well so I'll take that too!
I threw up from week 6 to week 16 or 17. But I think I am an anomaly. Dw just started with nausea a few days ago with sat and today being the worst. She is worse when tired which is tough on vacation but we are trying to get a good balance in.
