I like it but I don't love it. I have never been like "Man, I could sure go for some jerky right not!" but it comes in handy for traveling snacks. Lots of protein and doesn't require refrigeration.

I like jerky. That teriyaki flavor from the gas station reminds me of high school. The last time I bought it was around 1998, so I don't like it that much.
I've only had it at restaurants, street food stalls and hotel breakfast buffets (hotels in Asia have THE BEST breakfast buffets) but after this thread I think I need some for home consumption.
Oh I'm lucky enough to live in a city with a big Asian population and TONS of Asian markets.
We bring it as a snack on our hikes. I usually like it but occasionally I'll get an… extra chewy bite and I have to stop eating it. I really like the Korean BBQ pork jerky that Costco sells.
i REALLY liked it when i was pregnant. i craved it all the time. i also ate a lot of slim jims (not jerky - slim jim markets a jerky product, but the original slim jim is a "meat stick". you're welcome).
