OBX Labor Day weekend. I cannot wait for the beach!! (And swimming in the pool, because the ocean is scary, lol!)

The place that I worked at in college is having a reunion. I'm curious to see who shows up and excited to catch up with the ones I know will be there. 


Any fun trips coming up?
H and I couldn't settle on a week to take vacation, so we decided to take a couple days off and be lazy instead. We're going to a resort in the Texas hill country and plan on sitting by the pool...and whatever else suits our fancy.

What's good today? Work is chill today and it's nice to not be bothered by a bunch of people with one-off requests.

What are you looking forward to this week? Going to see Kenny Chesney & Jason Aldean Saturday night!

Any fun trips coming up? We're going on a cruise in 2 weeks - 7 days, southern Caribbean. We have a 4-wheeler excursion planned in St. Kitts, which I can't wait to do!  (hot)

What's good today?   I'm meeting an old coworker (like, from when I worked for my dad's company in HS/college) for dinner.  Should be fun to catch up.  Also might meet up with BFF's husband after that since he's in town.

What are you looking forward to this week?  My neighborhood has something called "summer stroll" where they shut down one of the avenues and all the local businesses set up outside.  So I'll be doing that on Friday. 

Any fun trips coming up?  Next weekend I'm going with my friend and her husband to their house upstate.  We are just going to cook, drink wine and relax - can't wait!  I'm hoping to finalize my Brazil trip for my friend's wedding in October soon, but now BFF is starting a new job and I'm not sure if she can still come with me.

If all goes well, hanging out with my mom and family this week. I even got her to sign up for a class with me on Friday!

Jamaica on the 24th!!!!!  We are going back to Round Hill and reserved ourselves a villa again.

It is sunny and 75 here today  (hot) Late this afternoon we're taking Rox for a walk on a bike trail out in the country and then going to an outdoor concert tonight.

Looking forward to this week: Hiking at a state park on Friday with Rox

Upcoming trips? Not much, just Lake Geneva, WI for a wedding in Sept.

We were originally going to be there from the 6th to the 10th but we're going to San Diego for a visit. Where are you guys staying?

Right now the Flamingo, but I'm trying to get a better deal from the Mirage.
