So, neonpink's post from yesterday got me thinking. Do you think it's possible for a non-morning person to turn in to a morning person? I would LOVE to be a morning person but I'm just not.

I've done it before, but it's soooo easy to slide right back to your "normal". At one point, I spent a couple years getting up at 5am to work out, fixed breakfast, watched the news, etc all before going to work (on time! early even!).
But that habit fell away so quickly that now I think "5am? LOL"
Dammit, I think I need to try. I'll have to enlist P's help. I'm in the vicious cycle where I'm tired all the time (partially from not working out) so I'm too tired to work out but I know if I work out then I won't feel so tired. But I can't work out because I'm exhausted. I know the meds are contributing but damn, I have to get to a better place than where I am. I am so.freaking.exhausted.every.damn.day.

There was about a year period in my early 30's when I was a morning person but that is it. I am not sure what happened but I just was able to wake up without an alarm clock and just get up and be "on".
Like I said, it only lasted a year though. Not sure what the cause was.

Hell no. I think you can force yourself to follow that schedule, but I don't think you can actually make yourself into a morning person.
bullygirl979, did you and P talk out the nonsense last night?
He said that nothing was wrong lol. I think he wasn't being honest, but rather understanding my insanity is coming from this med change. So, he chose to make it a non-issue.
My sister has lost her mind. it is suppose to be in the mid 90's here all weekend with super high humidity. Her and my BIL are going camping in this ridiculous weather. Have fun.

Agreed. You can get to a point where you can tolerate mornings and be pleasant, but that doesn't make you a morning person.
I took the day off. It is supposed to be the hottest day of the summer today. So I'm staying inside for as long as possible, then going to a housewarming party this evening.
I feel like I don't have any cute shirts. Was going to do bootcut jeans, heels, and a cute shirt that's neither too dressy nor too casual. I'm going to a birthday event at Anthro tonight so I'm going to look into picking up a new shirt. I need more cute shirts anyway.

Looking at the agenda for the conference I'm going to, they're is a dinner that we'll be attending with a dress code that is "dressy". Wtf does that mean? Cocktail dresses? Business attire? Would a basic black sheath dress work? I don't speak this language, someone please translate!
