I recently added an additional vitamin to my usual intake, plus I was just diagnosed with silent reflux, so I have to take a pill for that in the mornings. With these new additions, I now take 5 or 6 pills a day (plus a nasal spray!) between vitamins, my prescription, BC and sometimes Vitamin C if I think I'm coming down with something. DH takes about 4 or 5 vitamin pills alone each day.
Just curious - how many pills do you take on a daily basis?
Too many, it seems. Not counting the current NSAID therapy: AM- synthroid, famotidine (heartburn), appetite suppressant (also temporary) PM- famotidine, Zyrtec, iron, prenatal, vitamin c, omega 3, and fiber gummies
I also use NuvaRing but this is my last month on it, hopefully. And I take 50,000iu vitamins d once a week
I have a history of blood clots so I'm on lifetime blood thinners. So 3 pills there (same script), bc (mini pill-no estrogen), multi vitamin, flaxseed & extra calcium
