My brain doesn't think in long term goals. I'm thinking I'm going to either start the c25k again, or just continue with my mapmywalk, I've been averaging around 2.5-3.5 miles before work, and I might do that for 3-4 mornings and abs and sworkit 1 day a week. At least until the weather gets to cold to walk in.
I haven't weighed myself in two weeks, so next week I have to step on the scale and see what the damage is, lol.

My goals: Ummm, I can't remember them but I'm sure I had my usual push up one and something running related. Or it was about my foot. Since cleared for all activity I've been toning up again, etc. I'm not really focused on any particular goals anymore, just trying to be healthy and fit.
Yesterday my foot got extremely cranky while I ran. It ached the rest of the day. I skipped boxing last night. This morning all is well. Phew!
I am seriously considering ad.voc.are. I promise no shilling or becoming one of those people. H is going to do it with me for moral support. Although his distaste for vegetables makes me question his sincerity. I wanted to do it before my cruise at the end of the month, however I didn't get my act together in time so probably 10/1. I'm doing it to kind of reset everything. My body tends to not like food in general.

This is the last week of the lifting program I was using so I need to decide what to do next. Besides the week I went on vacation, I haven't missed a gym day in 10 weeks.
I signed up for a 5k on 9/20, so I have to run again after not running since June. It's also a trail run which I've never done before.
I did a little over a mile on the treadmill this morning, and I was able to run almost the whole time. I took two 30 second walk breaks, but then I did some intervals 30 seconds my normal pace and 30 seconds at a faster pace.
I have sabotaged myself with my eating, and I'm pissed at myself. I hate to do it, but I might go back to tracking for a little while and see if it helps.
I can't remember if I set goals or what they were so...
Overall eating has been a little better this week. My newfound motivation has diminished (again) as the temperature outside has increased (again) so I'm working on that.
Rehearsal season is almost here and just like every other season I am freaking out about the amount of time I'm spending on ballet. It makes me want to quit every year.
Monday: 1.5 hr class + 1 hr pointe = 2.5 hrs Tuesday: 1.5 hr class + 0.5 hr stretch + 1 hr rehearsal = 3 hr Wednesday-Friday: 0.5 hr/day rehearsal at home = 1.5 hr Saturday: 1.5 hr class, 1.5 hr rehearsal = 3 hrs Sunday: Off Total: 10 hrs of ballet/wk!
That's in addition to 2 hr/week of lifting and 1 hr/week of pilates.
And you know being a mom and a wife and an individual with other interests beyond ballet.

1. I'm signed up for a 10k on 10/1, Half Marathon on 11/21 and 15k on Dec 6 and Half Marathon on 1/17. I need to get my ass running again stat. But it's so freaking hot and humid.
2. I finally did a few banded pull-ups. I still have some work to get to my goal of doing a strict pull-up.
3. I also managed to practice my handstand. Being upside down like that is different at age 37 than it was at 17 lol.
4. It's getting harder and harder to lose weight/fat as I get closer to my goal. Annoying. I don't want to settle here, I still have 30lbs to lose!
I'm pretty sure my goal this year was to stop being such a slacker. That's not going too well! Newer goal for the next year is to be able to ride 50 miles a day for several days in a row. Trying to get in at least one long ride a week.
I started Stronglifts and I think it will work well for me. It only includes a few moves so I should be able to get comfortable with them quickly and stop being so intimidated. Plus it doesn't take up too much time so I can get in a decent warm up before and HIIT afterwards.
This month is going to be rough in terms of eating. I have 2 weekends away and another with wedding festivities, plus our anniversary. I'll do the best I can during the week.

I had a checkup with my doctor on Monday. I was down 4.9 pounds in 6 weeks. It is not as fast as I would like, but it's progress. I now have to really clean up my diet to speed things along (says the girl who ate nachos for dinner last night).
I have declared this Sober September, so nary a drop of alcohol shall touch these lips.
I am really enjoying working with my trainer. I had planned to add a third lifting session this week, but my back strain/spasm is making this impossible. I am trying to still hit my 12,000 steps/day via walking and/or elliptical until this setback passes.
