While, normally, I would say someone under government investigation shouldn't get any extra government funds until things are resolved, but in this case this 'growing body of evidence' isn't a reliable source and isn't telling the whole truth.

lol at the misrepresentation. CMS has put out calls for grants to various organizations to establish navigators - people specifically trained to help users find health exchanges. This is not the first time the grants have been given and they go to loooooots of end users who work at local clinics. This is not Obama giving blank checks to PP. This is CMS determining where to allocate funds so that people in underserved areas can find INSURANCE.
