I'm surprised there's a Walter White of the middle school set who deals in cell phones.
I'm not. Both the 9 and 11 year olds want cell phones. I don't see the purpose in them having one. I suppose if you give kids enough allowance (or they steal enough out of your purse) then they could afford to pay black market prices.

I keep typing and deleting a response here but I think I will just leave it at:

That's a little different from being surprised that there's an 11 year old who's stealing cell phones from neighbors houses, reselling them to other kids, then shooting another kid point blank in the head over a "business dispute."

Lol. Yes. If imagining an 11 year old masterminding a stolen cell phone ring, having older subordinates, then murdering one of the subordinates is not surprising, I'm not sure what kinds of kids WOT?* hangs out with.
Sorry, I never watched the show. I know it's about a high school teacher and drugs and there was a lot of violence. I watched Sons of Anarchy and that was about my limit. Much hotter criminals.
An 11 year old cold-bloodedly killing a business rival isn't the same as a kid dealing in cell phones on the school grounds. I was commenting (only half-jokingly) on kids selling stuff and there always being someone who sells whatever the market bears, whether it be cell phones, alcohol, drugs, test answers or whatever. The 9 and 11 year old version would be cell phones. I was thinking Walter White was a dealer or procurer, not a killer.
ETA: It would have been funnier if I got the joke, huh?
