Remember the "I won't wear yoga pants cause it inspires lustful sin in men" blogger? She's being sued because she chopped down 6 trees on her neighbor's property so that she could get "unobstructed views" from her house. wtf?!
WHO DOES THAT?!
Our neighbors cut down a tree and then parked an old piece of shit car right beside it on the property line.
Don't make me bust out the pictures.
Lucky for them I don't actually own this house, although we've lived here for four years, our landlord isn't going to take action but had strong words for them. I've actually considered buying this house out of spite and then erecting the biggest privacy fence known to mankind, since they help themselves to our yard all the time.

For me, there's not a lot of daylight between the mommy bloggers and the people who get in deep with MLMs. They're all trying to push a "lifestyle" and whoring themselves out to make a buck so they can sit at home in their PJs. Only you have to do a LOT of whoring to make money, and even then it's more luck than skill. The people who fawn all over the bloggers all have the same agenda - getting traffic for their own blogs, just like MLM networks use social media to hype each other's products. It's all a house of cards. A boring and exploitative one.
Really surprised about AOMAB. GOMI is pretty entertaining though. Great Friday night reading with a glass (or 3) of wine.
I was into mommy blogs before google reader died. Right after that I became a mommy and didn't have as much time or interest. I don't follow any anymore.
from a quick glance at the GOMI thread it seems to all be rumors, no evidence.
I WANNA SEE THE RECEIPTS!
She still has an Instagram. Which she doesn't share publicly (so only 3000 followers as opposed to the 10+ she used to have) but somehow I randomly found it and follow it. (It's prebabyblog) There is NEVER Pictures or mention of him anymore, for about the last 6 months.
I lied- she mentioned him yesterday but barely she said something like "I went on my first solo trip in a long time (no A, no Lexi)....." So she mentioned him, that he didn't go on a trip to Hawaii with her...
People like to read about a train wreck. Sad, but true. I would not consider mine a mommy blog, but I guess a personal blog? (One of my problems was what I never made a "niche" with my blog). Anyway, anytime something really terrible happens, like I get a really bad PET scan, my stats go way up. This is less true with my "good news" too, but it does happen. There was one day recently that something really bad DID happen, but I hadn't even blogged about it, and I got and I got I don't even know how many more clicks that usual. I couldn't even tell where they were coming from. Weird. (FTR, I am not even CLOSE to the range of true mommy blogs. I applied to see if I could just fund my hosting, and I would have had to get my freakishly weird best day every.single.day to even be close enough to to consider applying. So clicking, mamas! Lol. Not even worth it. I think one of those was the day I almost freaking DIED. How often can you pull that trick off, hmm???).
