H and I have separate accounts. I'm the over spender. I try and keep stuff at work just in case I forget lunch. I have gotten in the habit of not bringing my debit card to work with me. Only $20 for the week for coffee. If I need gas I will bring cash for that. DH is old school and doesn't have any credit cards or a debit card.
I have a total random. I wanted to make these pizza pinwheels for ladies night I saw on Pinterest and they were a total fail. I just made a quick pizza crust and made a Stromboli. I hope it's good.

Tomorrow we are having that fall potluck that I asked for menu help with a few weeks ago. H had work travel Wed - tomorrow morning, so I spent the afternoon cleaning and running around in prep for it. I'm excited to spend time with people outside of work, but I know I'll be exhausted by the end of the weekend!

HoneySpider I guess I didn't give an exact number but really? Less than us? Some people make 100k+ alone and together we probably make a little over half of that.
Anyone around? Should I sign up for Amazon Prime since it's only $67 today until midnight? Usually when I place an order I get free shipping anyway because I make sure I'm ordering enough items to make it over the free shipping threshold, but the 2-day shipping on everything is tempting. Are the TV and movie libraries good?

I vote yes because leaving the house with an infant is a PITA. I held out for like 5 months and then caved. Delivered to my front door? Yes, please.
HoneySpider I saw your response in that post and I don't know how you do it with your col. I'm so impressed. DH makes almost the same amount and we are lcol I'm sure.
HoneySpider- DH and I combined also make less then most in that post. (Our combined is less then most of their individual incomes.) We live in a HCOL area. Some days I have no idea how we are in the position we are in. I guess for us the main saving grace is having the basement rented out, without that we would be suffering big time.

Sometimes I'm not sure how we do it either, honestly.

Yeah that's great you're able to do that. HCOL sucks

If it want for all of our family and friends being here, we would move to a lower cost of living for sure.

YES! even my husband who is a total tightwad, said our prime membership is totally worth it. WORTH. IT.
