This girl on my local mom's FB group regularly pumped 25ish oz PER PUMP and was an EPer.
She had thousands of frozen ounces she donated.
I always wonder about people like this. Are they in extreme pain from oversupply? How long does it take them to pump?
I had an oversupply with DS, and am working VERY HARD not to have one with DD. My boobs are apparently overachievers to the point of pain. In my experience, with an oversupply the milk comes FAST. so you can pump a lot in a short amount of time. And yes, the engorgement sticks around for a long time. DD is 6 months old and STTN. And STILL my boobs often aren't soft and comfortable until after the 4th feeding, usually around 4pm. Oversupply is not fun.

I know, I had it with DD. I didn't respond to the pump that crazy though, so I was just wondering what it was like.
I have a oversupply and have EP since day 2. I normally pump 12oz per session but my morning pump is anywhere from 20-26oz. my poor little boobs are a mess in the morning but I can't pump in the middle of the night anymore so I go 7 hours.
Oh, this is not my thread. I think I was thrilled when I once got 6 oz during a pumping session? That was very unusual. I normally got 3-4, not even enough for a full bottle.

I think maybe 8oz total. But at work I would only pump about 5-7 mins each side with a hand pump. I was never empty. I just cut myself off at that point since it was more than enough to replace a feeding and I also tend to have an over supply.
When I was EP'ing the first month, I got 16ozs in one session. Once DD latched and started nursing, I was getting 5-8 per session. Just enough to keep up with her.

I remember the day (we were going out to lunch with FI's dad and step-mom, DS was only about 6 weeks old, and I was uncomfortable NIP as it was, let alone in front of them, so I fed DS before I left, and brought a bottle of breastmilk, and pumped while his step-mom fed DS), but I don't remember how much I pumped. I just remember being really surprised at how much I pumped.
10 ounces. DD is 6.5 weeks old so I don't know if my supply has peaked yet and I've never gone more than 6 hours without pumping (EPing). I produce about 46oz per day.
I had one side as my mega producer, and worked up to 9-10oz every morning first thing, and fed DS from the other side, so I'm not sure how much it would have been all together. Normal two boob pumps were no more than 8ish.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.
15oz. I typically pump 12ish at my first pump of the day but the later ones are usually 5-6. I pump about 32-36opd. I'm slowing down though... I may start to let up soon. I'm getting so tired of it!
At the height of EPing, I could sometimes get 15+ ounces at the morning pump, if I skipped one or two overnight. I was pumping 55-60 ounces per day then.
*I pumped myself into on oversupply, which was a terrible idea.
