Actually, we are making a big batch of kislaya kapusta ( Russian sauerkraut) right now. It's fermenting in the fridge as we speak. it's gonna be soooo gooood.
Someone gave me a big jar of homemade sourkraut recently and it tastes pretty good. I hardly ever eat sourkraut though. What do I put it on? I can only eat so many hot dogs! Send some ideas my way.
