Up! Coffee and bagel before heading out for a long time! Hoping for between 19-21. We shall see. My diet was shit yesterday and after being cooped up in the house all day I needed those couple drinks!
I had two hockey matches yesterday. I got man of the match in the first (made about 50 saves including a penalty stroke) and I got clocked in the second game by an older larger lady (ended up on my back, head bouncing off the ground, was worried about a concussion for a bit). I'm tired! But I'm going to start out a new weight lifting programme today so going to find my 1RM in all the exercises.
I'm up and just snuggled under the covers in bed. I am wide awake which is going to suck since I went to bed at 1am and been up since 6am. I have a rest day planned today but may do a few miles anyways. I ate way too much yesterday and drank even more.
I'm working this morning, so I'm already out the door. Grocery shopping and push-ups are on the agenda for this afternoon. I saw the Martian last night (which was fantastic BTW), and didn't get enough sleep. It's going to be a long morning!
I'm up & drinking coffee. It's going to be so much nicer than yesterday. Yesterday is was cooler, but the humidity was still out of control. It's going to be sunny this morning. We're going kayaking & then I'll do a recovery run this evening.

I'm up getting ready to volunteer at the food tent for the wineglass. I was okay with not running this year until yesterday but this will be fun handing out food and drinks afterwards. Good luck everyone!
I'm up drinking coffee while the kiddos watch some tv. Today is a rest day for me (taper time) so I am thinking some stretching, foam rolling and maybe some light weights.
I'm up and at the pub for Sunday lunch with friends. I'm in London at the moment, ran my 13.1 miles by the river Thames this morning, took a diversion to run past Buckingham Palace twice. Magic clear day, nice and crisp. Super sunny.

Good luck racers!!!
I'm getting up I have to do 5 today. I'm nervous I'm going to get super lost doing my run so this should be slow. I'm pretty tired and feel a bit under the weather. We unpacked a lot yesterday and I think all the dust flared up my allergies hopefully I'm not getting sick.

I am up. I went for a 10 mile run but it was cut short at 3.5 by intestinal distress. I'm in a funk right now. This was my first run in over a week. I have a half at the end of the month that I am not going to be ready for. I may drop down to the 10k.
Two weeks ago, I had a fantastic long run. Every run since has been either terrible or skipped.
I'm up but I've got a bad sore throat and am terribly congested. We turned the heat on for the first time since March so that is probably the culprit. Ugh.

Feel better! The weather from what my husband has said has been miserable for the last two weeks.
I'm up eating breakfast right now. I have 6 this morning but it's so nice out that I'm not in a huge hurry to get out there and do it. This is my longest run since July 12, and I'm actually pretty nervous.
I'm up on day 3 of "runcation". We did the half yesterday so got that out of the way early. We're supposed to hit Central Park and the Cloisters today but it's getting late and these girls are still sleeping. We had a rough few days with lack of sleep.
