Layers on my torso. It's not uncommon to have 4-5 shirts on (1-2 tanks, tshirt, long sleeve, sweater). Tights under pants if I'm outside much. Good warm socks and slippers with a rubber bottom to keep the cold from transferring through them. And we have throw blankets everywhere in the house. I can't sit down without one on, even in the summer.
I have a huge fuzzy robe that I wear around the house. In the winter I wear dresses with sweater tights over regular tights and socks with knee high boots. I'm warmer in that than in pants usually.
I drink a ton of tea, keep an electric lap blanket at my desk and always wear at least two layers plus a scarf when at work. I also have a pair of fingerless knit gloves
At home it's wool socks in warm slippers. Throw blankets, tea or cocoa and oversized sweaters.
I definitely stay warmer if I keep moving, so I try to make myself get up every 30 minutes or so (at work or home) to get my blood flowing.
Same. At my old condo, heat was a flat fee, and I kept my place between 74 and 76. Ahh, the good old days.
Now, I have it around 72 most evenings/nights. Any warmer than that and my H will be sweating, so I also put on a zip-up hoodie and will put a blanket over me if we happen to be on the couch. I also have one extra blanket on my half of the bed.

Lots of layers on top, tights under pants if I'm going to be outside for long, slippers, and stashes of hoodies and blankets everywhere. I also find that super hot showers help a lot, but our hot water heater is set lower than I would like (partially for safety for the kids and partially because DH takes lukewarm showers and doesn't seem to understand that he is the crazy one), so that doesn't happen often.
