The update from the MRI last night is that the swelling has remained constant but that they're seeing evidence of stroke now in the right cerebellum and the brain stem. The neurosurgeons words were that the left cerebellum was almost totally involved, but only some in the other places.
I haven't heard any updates yet since we left the hospital at 3am, but nothing catastrophic has happened, since H is the first number they have.
I'm home today to sleep, do laundry and look after the kids. My mom has been amazing stepping in and taking care of them, but she needs a break.
H is ok. He's losing hope. The family was all so happy and excited last night because there was no additional swelling, but they seemed not to grasp how bad this could be. His GCS scores were 5-6, and that's bad.
