If so, are they tts? I've been looking for some black boots but didn't want to spend a lot, and those look really good for the price!

they are!! these are actually 4 years old, but i assume they're all about the same. i usually wear a 10, and these are 9 1/2 because when i got them they'd be returned from online along with a pair of brown 10s and tan 9s (i bought all 3). these fit me the best, but they don't have a ton of extra room...the 10s fit my bigger socks better.
