This whole news story has taught me that I am REMARKABLY blind to random shit above my sight line.

I've never noticed these things. MH thought I was joking when I said that. I've BEEN ON THE BASE. I've gotten out of my car on the roads around there and walked around looking at shit for work. Still never noticed them. I have no idea where I was supposed to have seen them at, but since Vespasia says she can see them from her office, I REALLY have been blind.

wawa here is a picture I took at work to give you a sense of scale. They're really noticeable if you go NE of the city. I first noticed them in White Marsh.




They actually look really cool during sunrise but I've never managed to get a good picture of that.

yeah, I mean I drive up that stretch of I-95 all the time.  Never noticed them.  I'm the only one in the city apparently who has never seen them. I feel like I"m being punked.

I see them all the time as I'm driving east on 70 from like Marriottsville Rd. I used to live next to APG so my HarCo peeps were all over this yesterday

yeah, I was informed by coworkers that you could see them from the office some days.    My window overlooks the beltway near 70.  I bet I could have seen them from my window.
