I really want some booties, but with a very tiny heel...so all the cute stacked heels are out. plus, half of them look like they're swallowing my scrawny ankles.

are these terrible? I saw them on a girl on IG and they were cute on her, and she says they're really comfy

so I'm guessing even wedges are out?  the in between ones just seem confused, although I think there are cute flat ankle booties out there.

They are actually really easy to style and for you would be perfect. I wear them the same way I wear oxfords and when it is cold they cover way more.

I wear a 9 1/2 and am a bunch shorter than you are. I do have ginormous legs and ankles and feel like the petty flatters them. You're way better off having small ankles, believe me. I struggle with my legs and ankles EVERY DAY.
The Pettys are the perfect flat boot. But them and stop shopping for alternates

I got the Lucky garboh from Nordstrom and LOVE them. They're on sale now, too (can't link from my phone).

I will say I think lace up booties are cuter with heels but I don't wear heels so these were great for me.

total lurker here but I am a size 10 and have the Pettys. I was on the fence about them when I first got them as I thought they looked ENORMOUS. But, I bit the bullet and wore them out once and am wearing them today. I've worn them with skinny jeans and boot cuts (like I am today). Occasionally I'll think my feet look big in them, but hell, my feet are big. But the boots are nice
