I used a $35 card reward on a purchase at athleta. The order got cancelled because the item was out of stock. They sent a 10% off coupon with an apology and refunded the balance of the purchase minus the rewards. I emailed customer service but haven't heard back yet. Does anyone know if the reward gets reissued?
