I asked my Stitch Fix stylist to send me a dress for a NYE wedding I will attend. I'm surprised by what she sent, but I do like it. How would you style it? I want to be sure it's dressy enough for the occasion. If not, I'm going to try Rent the Runway. TIA!
I am thinking no, it isn't dressy enough. That looks like something I would wear to work. But what is the venue like, time of day etc., area of country?

You can't tell well in the picture, but the thread in the skirt is sparkly. But, I'm tempted to agree with you that it isn't dressy enough.
It's an afternoon ceremony in a traditional church and then an evening reception in Chicago. I believe the bridesmaids are wearing floor-length champagne colored gowns.
I think I have my answer.... Ugh. Any RTR suggestions?? I don't want to freeze!

With this info, it is definitely not dressy enough. What style of dress do you like, anything you want to camouflage or show off? As for freeIng there will most likely be valet service and a coat check so don't make "warm" your criteria when it's not like you will be outside very long.

I'm tall-ish, thin, and small-chested. Fair-skinned and blonde. It's a family wedding, so nothing too revealing. I want to look sophisticated and glamorous!
Good point on the temperature, I'm just cold-blooded and always cold so it weighs on my mind.
Here's two I've rented for weddings. The Copper shift you said isn't available for NYE and then the Magnetic Attraction dress. I'm about 5'6" and usually around 115-120 lbs, for reference.
