We have a serious WOD planned today that looks killer:
Diane (21, 15, 9 of 155# deadlifts and handstand pushups--I will do regular) 15 minutes as many rounds as possible of 15 box jumps and 15 kettle bell swings (35#)

I am running after work! This is my last training run before my turkey trot 5k. Last run, I ran the full 5k, only stopping once for about 15 seconds due to a traffic light. This time, I'm going to try to go about 3.5. Eek!

I'm starting a RW plan today for my half in April (hoping to help improve my time). Only 2 miles, and probably on the treadmill while DS is in his swim lesson.
3 this morning. I need to do...something...tonight. No idea what it's going to be. Might just do my favorite yoga video - the baby was squawking as I came in the door from my run so I didn't get to stretch and I could feeeeeel things tightening up and getting twingy. I could stand to loosen things up again.

I was supposed to do a pool run, but I think I might switch to a cycling class. I work up a much better sweat doing that. I need some good cardio to destress.

I went to PiYo this morning (and was the only one there besides the instructor!) and will teach spinning tonight. I hope there are plenty of people at class tonight!
