DD1--virtually everything except cranberries, turkey, gravy, stuffing, sweet potato casserole, mashed potatoes, green beans, pumpkin pie DD2--turkey, mashed potatoes, roll, pumpkin pie DD3--turkey with ketchup, roll, pumpkin pie DD4--pumpkin pie
Dinner #2 update- approximately 10 bites each of turkey, mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, and green bean casserole. Which sounds great except all that was only because I bribed him with sips of sprite and bites of jello salad.
Oh. He also had a couple bites of my pumpkin pie. And I showed him how you can squirt whipped cream directly into your mouth. He was delighted, of course. Between that and the bribery with sprite and jello, I'll take my MOTY ribbon any time now
To be fair, he did stuff his face all morning on oranges, apples and breakfast sausage and ate a decent lunch. And we ate mid afternoon which is normally when he snacks.
Ben has been talking all week about how he wanted a turkey leg with barbecue sauce (whatever). So he's holding the turkey leg cocered in bbq sauce and he bursts into tears and goes on and on about how it's wrong to kill animals and doesn't want to eat them. Declared himself a vegetarian right then, still holding the turkey leg!
I had to talk my family into trying the cranberry-cherry sauce, which blew my mind! It was so sweet and delicious!
The bacon from the mashed potato casserole, 5 bites of turkey with cranberry, 3 kernels of corn, 1 bite sweet potato casserole, bread. 2 cookies, a cupcake, large quantities of whipped cream.
But she did eat a ton of veggies during appetizers.
So little. Actual dinner she ate some of a roll and some mashed potatoes. Rejected everything else. Put turkey in her mouth and immediately spit it out. The dog ran over and ate it.
During appetizer hour she had some scoops chips, cheese and strawberries. She drank milk all night.
And then she got in the car and puked. Sigh. Another car seat cleanup in my future tomorrow.
2 bites of turkey She licked the fork with mashed potato on it, and promptly scraped it back onto the plate. A serving of mac and cheese 3 dinner rolls Half of a piece of cheesecake
(Leftover) Dinner was mac and cheese and one roll.
Tons of turkey, creamed corn, a small bite of stuffing, a bite of a roll.
And then dessert: a slice of caramel apple cheesecake pie, 4 tiny pieces if chocolate pecan pie bars, grapes, and whipped cream via a can straight into the mouth with my sister.
Then to my ILs where he ate 3 pickles, olives, 2 pieces of chocolate, and a bowl of froot loops with whipped cream on top (thanks MIL)
DD1: A bit of baked brie en croute with cherry preserves and water crackers (surprising), a roll, a few bites of turkey, cranberry sauce, a forced bite each of stuffing, green beans, candied sweet potatoes, and mashed potatoes, and a slice each of pumpkin pie and caramel pecan tart with whipped cream.
DD2: One and a half rolls, 3 bites of candied sweet potatoes, 1 bite of stuffing. She didn't take a nap and played outside for 2.5 hours, so she was a fucking hot mess. She fell asleep before dessert.

E had little pieces of turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes (before they added sugar, lol), and squash soup. He was super cranky all day but seemed to enjoy it all!
