What top/tights with ruched olive midi skirt?

So I purchased a olive midi ruched skirt months ago and have never worn it. I would like to wear it Sat to a bday party. My initial outfit was with a cream tank, cognac leather jacket and cognac pumps. I think now I would like to wear it with my cognac booties. If I go this route should I wear tights? If so,what color? Also any ideas on a cream top with sleeves that would look right with the skirt? Temps are going to be in the 40's...

I like your ideas for the cognac booties/heels and jacket. If you wanted to do tights and not be too matchy matchy you could do gray tights.

Your idea is fine. I'd suggest something brighter to avoid ^^^. Red, burgundy, dark purple, mustard yellow or gold. Navy would be good if you wanted more subdued.
