Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed. - G. K. Chesterton

That kind of fun to play with :-)
I'm surprised my DD's birthday is so popular -- 28th most popular day. I wonder what people are doing in late October?
My FIL is a leap day baby. He actually has problems with it -- sometimes computer programs or sites where you have to enter a birth date won't allow you to enter the 29th of February. My MIL said one time she got into an argument with someone who insisted she was lying about her husband's birthday because there was no 29th day of February.
83. My son is Sept 18, but he was a Christmas Eve, not a New Years. My due date for #3 is 12/23. I wonder if part of the reason those dates are low is because docs aren't going to schedule a c/s on those days.
The day I was born in 92, but the day I was due is 2. I only remember the day I was due because when I was younger I met so many people with that birthday and wished I could have been born that day too.
163. One of my best friends shares my birthday, but I rarely meet other people born on that day. My sister's birthday is 262, but I know at least 10 people with her birthday. Weird.

Perhaps they want to surprise the family with their news at Christmas? My SIL did that (announcing at Christmas, not purposefully conceiving in October).

260. My brother and a friend both actually have birthdays on Christmas, and my grandfather was a leap-year baby. Anecdotes don't obviously contradict the results, but it makes you think how common all birthdays are, just due to population.
I didn't see the actual ranking. Mine is July 3rd which is common, but not nearly as common as July 1st or 2nd. Which makes sense--scheduled births wouldn't be likely to occur the day before a holiday.
Mine is 170 - so pretty much in the middle. I do know 2 others with the same birthday. DH's is 133. I don't think I'll show him the chart. He'll be sad to "know" that there are others that share his bday. He tends to go all out and claim it should be a national holiday for "his" day. (He's joking - mostly)

152.
Did anyone else notice that there is a big line on the 13th of most months that is lighter than the others around it? Probably because people don't want their kid to have a birthday that could be on Friday the 13th, so more people avoid being induced on those days. Interesting.
