Moxie would ride around all day in the car if it meant she got to be with us. She hates when we leave her, stupid separation anxiety. Just today, she went to lunch and the liquor store with us. Scout goes too, but doesn't really care. While Moxie looks all around, Scout just falls asleep.

Our dog is very content during short rides---he lies on the console and puts his head on my husband's arm when they go down the street to the walking path.
But if we take him on a longer trip, like when we went to a flower shop to get his picture taken with Santa, he will get a little bit agitated.
Our golden retriever tolerates them, I'd say. Doesn't ask to go for them b doesn't hide when it's time to go. She does get motion sickness on long drives, so we're a bit wary. She's also pissed that she has to share the back seat with our 3 year old DD. Wait till this summer, dog, when you get booted to the trunk of my wagon since we're having another baby!
