BTW, my husband was sulking when I started talking about just going alone with DD at the end of January.  So now I am sitting here having just booked 6 nights at the end of February. I am hyperventilating.

Sounds awesome! I'm glad you are able to see things during no the busy week and not feel like it is a waste of time. DD won't eat mac and cheese that isn't Kraft so that would be a plus for us haha. Staying at AKL is a hope of mine too.

lauren170 you could also look into an in room sitter. H and I did that so we had a few hours where we could do adult rides ourselves and ride them together.
