I've been doing low carb- nothing else seems to work as effectively for me! I also have been getting at least 10k steps every day, and drinking tons of water. I'm down over 10 pounds since the first!

I've lost about a pound as of Saturday morning.
I've been eating lower carb food and not overeating after long runs. I've also been trying to keep my water intake on the up since when I get dehydrated I feel like I'm hungry.
Keep on track during the week since I have friends coming in this weekend for the long weekend and my birthday. I'm hoping to be done close to another pound this week so next week I can just maintain, hopefully.
I'm down 4.8 as of Saturday. I'm sure most of that is probably water weight, but I'll take it. My pants fit a little better. Tracking food through WW and walking on the treadmill, making sure to hit my fitbit goal. Next week I'll up my goal from 10k to 10,500 steps.
I've lost....a pound. I've got a week of tracking and fairly decent exercise under my belt. Hoping to keep plugging along and tightening up the calories. The Fitbit is definitely motivating...after my strength class at the gym last night, I hopped on a treadmill to walk until I hit my 10K. I've got a 9 day 10k+ streak going!
I only want to lose about 5-10 lb, but I really want to work on whittling down my belly. DH is quite overweight, so we're going in on this together to help each other out.
We restarted WW. I did really well the first week, but I've been traveling this week and need to step up my game.
I tweaked a muscle near my knee last year and I'd like to get that back to full strength
I have lost 5 pounds since the start of the year, I am now once again under 200 lbs and I hope to not go back above it this year. Cutting down on booze and eating out has helped tremendously. I travel for work next week so that might be a problem.
Starting using MFP, taking the stairs at work trying to get more steps on my fitbit, going to the gym at lunch three days last week (a new record)- elliptical and some weights, and no Coke and only one sweet tea in a whole week
I can't find a decent scale so not sure about the weight, but I doubt one week is going to make much of a difference. But this so far for me is a good start!
ETA: I didn't start anything until I went back to work on 1/4.
