Like gas bubbles at first.
A bit later, it felt like a tiny goldfish swimming around in there. It didn't feel like actual kicks for a while. Then at the end it feels like a huge baby rolling around, pissed off that she's squeezed into a tiny space the size of a balloon.
I never felt flutters like everyone describes early on, to me it feels more like a tapping, or a muscle twitch. Most of the time I feel a few movements in a row only if I'm being quiet and concentrating on it, otherwise I tend to just feel an isolated movement here and there.
At 23 weeks she's still small enough that it's cute and exciting. everyone tells me that soon she'll be kicking my ribs and I won't think it's so much fun, lol.
At first I could only feel it when I was kind of hunched over sitting, and I wasn't sure if that's what it was. But as the weeks went on, it just got stronger and stronger in that one spot.
I can't see how many weeks you are on mobile, but I started feeling it near the end of my 13th week, I think, so super early.
I'm 17 1/2 weeks. So I know I'll feel it for sure soon!

That was the same time I first felt something I later realized was movement. It took a good week before I felt it again, and then it was more regular.
With my first I was 16 weeks and would feel the gas bubble feeling. It took me about a week to realize it was always n the same spot and wasn't gas. At 18 weeks I felt the first for real kick and I never had any peace again. Lol.
This time, I think I felt her starting around 12ish weeks but it was just a general weird sensation. I felt real kicks at 16 weeks. I will be 21 weeks tomorrow and the past couple of days she has really ramped it up and DH was finally able to feel her.
Congratulations! It's definitely the coolest part of pregnancy!

I'll bet you're feeling her. I felt DS right around that time. Wait til your belly starts moving when the baby changes positions. It's amazing!
With M I didn't feel anything till late. Like 24-25 weeks I think. I never felt flutters. One day I just sat down and got jabbed in the side. I started bawling, it was so freaking cool.
This time I'm trying really hard to pay attention. I want to feel the flutters that everyone talks about!!!

This was my FAVORITE. I could watch this for hours. Lol
I have an embarrassing number of videos of my giant pregnant belly just bouncing around. lol
I truly was freaked out by the idea of it before I got pregnant. It was absolutely the best thing about pregnancy (which didn't have many redeeming qualities for me).
What did you think it felt like? Was it just one little feeling, or several movements in a row?
I think maybe I felt something? It kind of felt like a gas bubble, but not quite.
You and I have the same due date. I've started feeling the exact same thing within the last day or two. Last time, I was 18 weeks before I felt anything. It's so cool...enjoy it! Congrats again!
At first it felt like someone was gently tapping their fingers inside my abdomen.
It got a lot more forceful by the end. LOL.
Same for me. I was reading Harry Potter and had the book on my belly. It was either coincidence or he didn't like the weight, but it felt like little taps in that same spot.

It will be a lot of fun to piss her off by putting things on your belly.
I used mine as a shelf for DD coolattas, and it always drove them crazy and they'd squirm away. The cat would come try to snuggle me, and lay on top and start purring, and they'd have a kick attack and the cat would freak the fuck OUT. Comedy gold.
