Whimsical clothing and accessories?

Do you like whimsical fashion? (Inspired, of course, by the horrible Lula Roe thread, which is NOT whimsical, but just UGLY.)

I love quirky stuff, but it still needs to be cute!

Do you have your eye on anything right now? I'm thinking of getting another Hartland Dress from Boden, except this one has birds on it, but the price is ridiculous.

I got the squirrel version for $47, and I think that was a good price.

I have an owl dress I love, and a skirt with clocks on it. Also a Dr. Who skirt.

i'm currently wearing a sweater with a raccoon on it....so yes. i also have a fox wearing glasses, an owl, and a bulldog wearing a bowler hat.

oh, and a flowy shirt with owls on it. and i have a scarf with shuttlecocks on it, CUZ REALLY HOW COULD I NOT.

I have a lot of whimsical bags and jewelry. I am waiting for bunny shoes to arrive. I also have 2 fox shirts and 4 sheep sweaters.

target several months ago, for maybe $5.  because i might love whimsy...but i hate paying full price, lol

Generally, no. I occasionally see things of this type that I like.

This is the good thing about having a baby because I can put him in all the puppy clothes I want.

I tend to buy basic stuff. Really, part of it is that my clothing budget doesn't allow for whimsy. Also, I would look weird in it. I kind of want a blouse covered in tiny hearts that is tailored. Everything is baggy, I love tailored. And that costs $$$$. The Boden dress is nice. You look nice in unique fashion.

Yes. I LOVE the squirrel dress and I'm bummed that I never got on that train. I have one cute dress with pink birds. I'd definitely wear your bunny dress.

Yes! I have an owl-print shirt, part of my ML Secret Santa gift was a sloth scarf, and just yesterday I picked up an elephant print shirt. If anchors count as whimsical, I'm wearing anchor earrings right now.

I have a seahorse dress and an Eiffle Tower sweater.  







I also really like patterns which aren't necessarily whimsical, but still fun.

You would think as a kindergarten teacher I'd be all over this kind of stuff, but 90% of my wardrobe is plain black and grey. It drives my grandmother crazy that I won't wear any patterns or colors.
