Let me tell y'all what I'm also not here for "THIS IS NOT A SAFE PLACE." I call bullshit to this. My home is a safe place until someone comes in to burglarize it. It does not mean that I need to be cautious in my own home. Sure, I can take the necessary steps to lock the doors and what not, but it doesn't mean that I should lose sleep over what might happen. The onus is on the person who broke in.

What happened is that someone (I highly suspect @booby ) decided to tie Smo's info together in an attempt to send her a message. That is on that person - not Smo or GBCN in general. It is a lack of empathy, morality and common sense on the part of the person who decided to act a damn fool. It's harassment. Plain and simple.

The person who did this should be banned and have some repercussions brought upon them. I'm not going to fall back on "this isn't a safe place" as a means of placing some blame on the person victimized here. Because that's how it reads to me. No. The person who did this shit needs to be found out and handled accordingly.

ETA: I then told her that even if she wasn't behind it, that I feel the need to distance myself from her after all this. If she didn't send it, then what she said made someone else feel emboldened to take it to this level. (And I accept blame and guilt for providing any kind of defense in the first place). This isn't about me or my feelings but I'm sick over this.
