I'm going home! The last time I was home was Thursday and Boyfriend was taking me to the ER. Now I'm waiting for him to take me home and actually getting to see the pup and my own bed.
I have really bad vertigo. I thought it was because I wore my glasses for a bit before putting on my contacts or because I switched up my contacts and put them in the wrong eyes, but no. The world has been swirling and sliding around all day.

Lol! If only. He's in the worst fucking mood right now and bit my head off when I tried to help.
In that case you deserve the milkshake instead. Preferably with some Bailey's.
You get me, friend.
I really want to put his head through a fucking wall right now. He's being so ridiculous about this.
We JUST had a conversation a couple days ago about the mystery behind why his blood pressure is always so high. BECAUSE YOU'RE A RIDICULOUS HYPOCHONDRIAC DRAMA QUEEN.

Hugs.
Remind me about this when another FWP thread comes around, lol.
Oh, and the ranch diner lady saw my plate (I got the chicken special) and said, "Oh, I got the same thing! It was so DRY!!!" Springs, is that you?

Did they ever figure out what was wrong?
Not entirely. They said maybe viral. Definitely gastritis with vomitting and related dehydration. Thry did an endoscopy and took some polyps out but the report on those isn't back yet. I lost count of how many liters of IV fluids, electrolytes, anti nausea med, anti acid meds, etc. After that and finally being able to keep liquids, then bland soft solids they said I could go home and follow up with my doc and the GI specialist.
Does anyone know what happened to @crackhabit (crackhabit) ? Her name is showing up weird and all of her posts are gone. I've been thinking about her. I hope everything is okay.
The Fault in Our Stars - who doesn't like young romance that ends when someone dies? warning, everybody has cancer The Diabolical - ugh, really slow terrible haunted house story that turns into something else Uncanny - uhm. creepy humanoid robot.
Fairy tales do not tell children the dragons exist. Children already know that dragons exist. Fairy tales tell children the dragons can be killed. - G. K. Chesterton

I made the mistake of reading The Fault in Our Stars when I was on vacation. I started reading it and realized that it was going to be a sad book that hit too close to home (it was almost the anniversary of my dad dying from cancer). I tried to download a happier book, but wifi was terrible so I ended up reading it. I couldn't stop crying. The drink waiter was about to be coming up and I didn't want to be the weirdo crying on the beach so I was trying to wipe my tears with my towel. I got sunscreen in my eye which made it even worse. It was awesome.

I'm stuck on the couch recuperating from the plague today and watching Fixer Upper. Does anyone else watch this and think that Joanna seems annoyed a lot. And sometimes not paying attention to what's going on?
We have another damn dead mouse in our wall. Uggggh! We had the pest control people look over the house last time and they said there really wasn't any obvious place they are coming in, but something is strange, I've lived here for 13 years with no dead animals and now 2 in one winter?
DH has decided he can take care of this one and is cutting the drywall right now. DH is...not handy. We shall see how this goes. Thankfully this one is also inside the coat closet, so the cutting is hidden at least. and THANK GOODNESS we are not hosting a Super Bowl party today like we usually do.
Time to get a cat! At least when cats kill a mouse, they bring it to you and don't leave it trapped in a wall

Oh we love them! I love how the show is usually fun without the manufactured drama that most of these shows have. They actually remind me and DH of us and our dynamic a lot, and I don't really see her as annoyed as much as just the more serious one who sits back and lets him be goofy. Maybe I should check myself to see if I am coming across as annoyed!
Maybe that's what I'm seeing. My husband is the goofy one too. I might be projecting. ?
