what do you do for strapless/backless?

So I've seen people talking about lingerie-inspired clothes for spring and found a cute top at Goodwill for $3 (from H&M). The problem with this trend is the bra situation.

Not a great picture, but it's got cute buttons on the lace in the back. The lace doesn't go all the way, but low enough that my strapless bra would show. I've gone bra-less with form-fitting dresses, not sure I want to do that with this. So, do I wear something that will show, but look like that's on purpose, or find some sticky things?

I always avoid these types of tops for this reason. Curious if others have brilliant ideas though.

I know, me too, lol. It was only $3 so if all I can do it wear it with a sweater/jacket that's ok, but I do love the back.

Thanks! Yeah, I don't think the bra is too noticeable. :-) I think the black tag is more obvious than the bra.
